Not a replacement for insurance or emergency care.
Concierge Medical Care is not a substitute for emergency room treatment, urgent care, or management of life-threatening conditions. Patients should maintain full health insurance coverage for hospitalizations, specialist care, emergency services, and other major medical services.
Enhanced access and convenience.
Patients enjoy direct, comprehensive, and highly personalized communication with their physician, with same-day or next-day appointments when available.
Appointments by reservations.
Services are provided by appointment only, on a first-come basis.
Communication and support.
Phone availability: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Email communication: 24/7, with responses typically within 24-48 hours.
Comprehensive care options.
In-home consultation visits for new members, telehealth appointments, and annual wellness exams with advanced lab testing. Providing seamless support tailored to your lifestyle.
